Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting; slight variations do not qualify as defects.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@nyraafashion.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8295627798 with your Order Number and details/images of the item you wish to exchange. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed in the form of **store credit (coupon codes)** which you can use for future purchases, valid for 1 year.
- In case of damaged or defective items received, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a full refund to your original payment mode or bank account.
- COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
